Company-wide AI agent and workflow platform

Built from scratch and rolled out company-wide at Grid Dynamics, this platform enables employees to create and use AI agents, including for HR processes. It also provides an interactive, block-based workflow builder with built-in AI capabilities and an integrated harness for running agents and workflows. Use cases include email summarization, file sharing, and process-specific document summarization.

Company-wide Slack internal-process automation

Built multiple company-wide Slack applications to automate and organize internal processes. Integrated them with internal Java and JavaScript/TypeScript platforms through APIs and scheduled jobs for data exchange and workflow triggers. Developed APIs and UIs to manage these processes within the company’s existing infrastructure.

Interview scheduling automation

Worked on a Slack bot that coordinated technical interview scheduling by matching interviewer availability with candidate preferences. It used Google Calendar to check availability and reserve interview slots, with Python, Slack Bolt, DynamoDB, and APScheduler. The project was described in a DOU article in January 2022.

Internal automation and QA tooling

At Grid Dynamics, established QA processes and worked on architecture, documentation, and automated testing. Developed internal automation tooling with FastAPI and multiprocessing, and a QA dashboard and execution manager using Django and React.

PostgreSQL migration

Migrated a major internal tool to PostgreSQL with live data migration.
